Yin Yoga @ 6p - Chesapeake Beach

Yin yoga is a calming and meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes in order to gently invite the body to release deep tension.

Tuesday

Yin Yang Yoga @ 6p - Chesapeake Beach

Yin Yang yoga or VinYin is a combination of yin and flow. Class begins with yin postures to invite a gentle awakening of the muscles and connective tissues. The second half of class includes a gently energizing flow, suitable for all levels.

Tarot Tuesday @ 7:15p - Online

Tarot Tuesday is a group tarot reading class. We’ll cover a few spreads each week and touch on the symbolism, numerology, and astrology. Playing with tarot cards helps you develop your intuition and your connection with your Higher Self. No experience required.
