What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga nidra is a sleep based meditation that uses a series of body, breath, and awareness techniques to guide you away from your thinking mind and into a deeply healing meditative state.

But, I can’t meditate…

No worries! Yoga nidra works with your natural ability to fall asleep. All you have to do is find a comfortable position and close your eyes. In fact, it’s best if you lay down for this meditation. If you don’t have meditation experience, that’s not a problem either. Sit back, relax, and we’ll take over from there.
